Review below for the FAQ usually a customer needs when shopping online at our store.
Do you deliver to my area?
We provide local delivery services in the Parker and Denver areas. Delivery fees are determined based on the distance.
What is the delivery fee?
For the first 8 miles, a delivery fee of $5 applies (if order is less than 50$). Beyond this distance, an additional charge of $1 per mile is incurred.
Can I return an item?
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original items inside that the product has at the time of purchase. Opened products may be returned only if it contains a manufacturer's defect or is past the expiry date. Any partially used items will not be refunded.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes, we offer free delivery for new customers upon signing up, applicable to orders over $50 and below 8 miles of the store radius. First order is 10% off.
Do you deliver outside your standard delivery area?
Yes, we provide delivery to extended locations through USPS. Applicable charges are based on the weight and shipping rates. Delivery times vary based on the postal speed you choose.
Do you offer Curb Side or In Store pick up?
Yes, you can place a pickup order. Once your order is received and processed, you will be notified via email when it is ready for pickup. If you need to expedite your order, feel free to call us at +1 720 222 3450, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Typically, orders are prepared within approximately 1 hour. Your order will be ready and waiting for you in a designated pickup area.
What days do you deliver ?
We currently offer deliveries on Wednesdays and Saturdays. For delivery on other days, please contact our store at +1 720 222 3450 to check availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
I’ve just placed my order, what happens next?
You will receive a confirmation email of your order, you will then be contact by phone or email by your delivery driver to confirm order, delivery day & time frame.
